Strategic Plan
On November 27, 2012, the Dubuque Community School District Board of Education approved a new strategic plan to focus the district’s work into the future. The plan is designed to create and maximize the synergy between five key areas: student achievement, student development, community engagement, effective resource management and employee excellence.
