How to Register

ALL STUDENTS (new and returning)

NOTE: If you have a kindergartner or new student to the district and have NOT completed a New Student Enrollment Packet or attended a kindergarten welcome session, please see the checklist for new students before completing the following steps.

1 COMPLETE eREGISTRATION ONLINE
Online registration opens on Tuesday, August 1 at 9 a.m.
Sign in using your PowerSchool username and password.
NOTE: Your child is not considered registered until all required information is completed.
2 PAY FOR STUDENT FEES AND MEALS
Go to the district’s Online Payments Portal to make online payments for student fees and meals.
NOTE: If you are applying for a fee waiver, do not pay fees until eligibility is determined.
3 COMPLETE REQUIRED FORMS
Required for kindergarten students:
Certificate of Immunization (PDF) (children will not be allowed to attend school without this submitted; to be completed by a healthcare provider)
Certificate of Dental Screening (PDF) (to be completed by a dental care provider)
Medical Examination Form (PDF) (to be completed by a healthcare provider)
Medical History Questionnaire (PDF)
Request for Medication to be Given at School Form (PDF) (needed only if your child requires medication to be administered at school; to be completed by a healthcare provider)
Required for new students:
Certificate of Immunization (PDF) (request this be sent from your previous school)
Certificate of Dental Screening (PDF) (for grade 9 and students new to Iowa)
Required for 9th-grade students:
 Certificate of Dental Screening (PDF)
4 REVIEW OPTIONAL FORMS
Additional forms may be needed to request other services as appropriate.
Review district forms to determine if others need to be completed.
