Free and Reduced-Price Meals

Dubuque Community School District students may be eligible to receive free or reduced-price meals (breakfast and lunch) in accordance with guidelines set forth by the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

NOTE: If you receive the Food Assistance letter from Human Services Department during the first week of August, send that form to any school or to the district food and nutrition services department and disregard the Free and Reduced-Price Meals Application.

To be considered for eligibility, families must complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meals application linked below.

Online Application and Fee Waiver Eligibility

Printed copies of the application, and the Fee Waiver Benefits form, are also available at any school. Get complete details about the program in the Free and Reduced-Price Meals Information Letter (PDF).
